We love the staff. My son is in the infant 1 class and the teachers are amazing! He has been enrolled for about 8 months now.

Very poor in how they treat good employees. They purposely set them up to create paper trails of childrens behavior when they get ready to expel them and use the teacher they are targeting to let go (due to plan dislike because she continues to purchase nice things for her classroom to play with and use) to do it, and tells me as or after I write their last behavior report they told me to write! I say this because yesterday a child was allowed to not only hit a teacher before entering the building, but throw shoes at my kids in the classroom while the kitchen staff laughed in my face instead of helping me, then turn over a table in the classroom, while the kitchen stuff says the child is posessed while I am constantly frantically call the front for help for the safety of my kids, all while she's laughs at me not helping me , the whole school can hear me, then the child knocked over a mirror and a shelf and I called some more and no came but the kitchen staff to tell me the police are not coming as she still will not help while I trying to keep all the children safe. Then finally the little child goes and gets a plastic fork and starts scratching kids with it and thats when I yell into the walkie that my kids are being scratched with a plastic fork. Then the owner and Director say they have come in from a meeting and just now can magicly stop the problem that could have be solved at the door when the first shoe thrown by the cook taking the child to the front and finding helping instead of laughing. They told me I share fault because I should have left my kids with the cook and told them. I told them the number one priority in my classroom will always the safety of my children and I am going to stay with them no matter what, and since she is free roaming around laughing she should have found them and let them know. The owner had me write her report and told me then it was her last day when they could have prevented the longevity of the incident and kept more kids safe. But they wanted her gone more then there safety at the time. I told state & police dep, but unfortunately they don't handle incidents like this:told me to move on and work where my morals are supported. The management who allows bullying(by kitchen stuff that told two of my children, just the day before the big incident above, to hit me in the stomach and kick me in the back, and nothing was done they scared my kids and called them liars, but they said it in front of 2 other teachers when they felt safe they are not liars (I believe them), challenging behavior to go on until it bothers others who happen to care about you(they let the kids hit me until another teacher or parent reports them seeing me get hit then makes me write it up to make them look as if they care) , and the use of others properly without asking (like telling me they have to inspect all the things I bring for my kids like my Birthday items, figit prizes so they can give them out to other classes first without my permission because they dislike me for a reason unknown to me it could be some racism based on how the director would lie to my cousin about school offers, and what I witnessed happen to the 4s black teacher the day she walked out due to mistreatment by the curriculum coordinator. I was also being treated disrespectful on the job by the curriculum coordinator so they pretended to let the Hispanic lady in the front do my curriculum at one point after that teacher walked out. In the office I was told for my safety and the kids safety I needed to leave the school meaning fired. But after they thought about it and later lied. I would like to say Thank you sincerely to all the parents who bless me with the privilege of being a part of your children's lives that goes to staff and families. I was truly blessed each day no matter the challenge. As for my 5 now PreK I pray I prepared them as well as I could and they all go on to be the best. Children thank you all for allowing me to teach and learn and be apart of your inspirational growth experience as you help shape our future.

Sadly we had to pull our son from the pre-k program. We were noticing that the curriculum was not being followed for months. They've had a very high turnover for teachers in the 4 and 5 class and felt our son was not being prepared academically for kindergarten. Since Ms. Mandee left last year, there has not been consistency. Teachers leave after a few weeks. Ms. Daisy, Ms. Alana and Ms Sarah are wonderful with the children don't get me wrong and they are the glue that are holding this school together. The teachers were very understaffed as far as ratio to students. There were times I would pick up my son and the students are out of control and the teacher would look stressed out or overhelmed. You have the same disorderly chikdren causing ruckus in the class. The last straw was when my son came home with marker on his face and so did three of his other classmates. Where was the supervision? Again, lack of staff.I do not blame the teachers but management for not hiring the needed staff. My son came home one day with a small puncture wound behind his ear from another chiId throwing a toy at his head and bruises because the kids couldnt keep their hands to themselves.I caught this when I was giving him his bath and the area was swollen with dried blood. No incident report was done on this. I felt it was more of a daycare and not a pre k program. When we did the tour, the owner stated that they will be teaching Spanish and sign language. Not the case. Snacks were generic Walmart brands and not the fresh, in house meals promised. Not to mention the tuition was much more expensive than the other schools in the area at over 285 a week.During rainy days, the children would watch movies on a small fire tablet instead of a regular television or having activities to do. Screen time is limited at home. You have 15 -20 kids trying to watch a 9 by 11 inch screen! I would think the owner would invest in a television instead of having 15+ kids watching a fire tablet.During the assessment at another school, the teacher even asked us what was being taught because our son was very behind as far as being prepared for kindergarten. Not a good sign.We were also still charged the 2 weeks for pulling our son out early. !!!Please be careful with these reviews and do your research. While my son was attending, they would hold raffles for tickets for good reviews and reviews from people that have left 5 star reviews for other KA locations!!! .Thankfully, we were able to get him into a great school and we couldnt be happier Academically, my son is excelling and he is happy with his new teachers. I feel much more confident that he is being prepared for kindergarten. My only regret not pulling him out sooner.

I cant say enough good things about Kiddie Academy! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put us at ease. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive to my toddlers needs, making me feel confident in leaving my little one in their care each day. The curriculum is outstanding, offering a perfect balance of learning and playtime activities tailored to my childs developmental stage. Ive seen noticeable growth in my toddlers social and cognitive skills since starting at Kiddie Academy. The facility itself is clean, safe, and filled with age-appropriate toys and equipment. I appreciate the emphasis on maintaining a healthy environment for the children. Communication with the teachers and staff is excellent; they keep me informed about my childs day and any important updates. Its clear they genuinely care about each childs well-being and development. Overall, I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their little one. Its been a wonderful experience for our family, and were grateful to be a part of the Kiddie Academy community.
