We would recommend Gene Beaty for his legal services. Although the outcome wasn’t exactly what we had anticipated, Gene steered us in the most logical direction based on the law and what would be most advantageous to us. He was surprisingly very responsive to our text messages and emails in a very timely manner. His rates were very fair, contrary to what we have seen and heard about other lawyers. We think a lesson to learn from our experience is not to give information overload. Be selective with your information, but also be prepared to give additional information as needed.
