TEXCON-CRETE

We reached out to Nelson Acosta of Texcon-crete August 18,2021 to pour concrete in our backyard to create a solid space. We already had the space framed out. After Nelson Acosta of Texcon-crete showed up with his son and the invoice, he requested a down payment to pay for supplies and provided a payment schedule. Nelson Acosta of Texcon-crete gave excuse after excuse for not returning to pour the concrete. It has been over a month and Nelson Acosta of Texcon-crete construction and paving has still not returned to complete the work.

Talk about a rip off company this is it! Nelson Acosta DBA Acosta concrete DBA texcon Crete has been running this scam for at least a 10 years. He was arrested in August 2021 in Collin county and is awaiting prosecution for stealing my money on a driveway project that I paid him upfront for the materials and he never came back and did any work of substance do not use him or his company for any work at all unless you want to lose your money and be a victim. If you are victimized by this scam artist you must file a police report in the county you live in and make sure that the information gets forwarded to the district attorney in Collin county who has a file on this man. On thumbtack the scammer even wrote his own review about himself which just shows hes a liar. He claims to be a customer with the name Nelson A. He even gives himself five stars because he claims hes such a great contractor yet he has nothing but a trail of dissatisfied customers behind him. Pay me my $3000 you owe me Nelson Acosta! I am so disappointed in myself for hiring Nelson Acosta and Texcon-crete. I don't know why the reviews didn't pop up before, but I've been victimized as well. We wanted our patio extended, but all we have to show is a huge empty space. We can't even use our back yard because of the condition he left it in.
