Called this company to rectify a drainage problem on my pool deck. Brian was very knowledgeable and responsive. It was determined and I agreed that the entire concrete deck and drainage had to be completely redone. They did a good job but there was a huge failure to communicate, both verbally and in the written bid, exactly what product was being installed and that to obtain the color that I wanted, it would require a seal, not in the bid, and it would be 30 days, which ended up being 45, before they could seal it during which time none of my outdoor furniture or plants could be placed upon it. At this point, I was passed on to Shanni who was rude and dismissive, and even told me during a second call that she didnt want to discuss it with me because we were beating a dead horse and then on the day of the seal she couldnt talk to me about it because she was tired of hearing about it and had a migraine. Their office person, Darlene, has no concept of customer service, a bad attitude and uses caller ID to screen your call and then when you leave a message, she doesnt return it. Its a shame that the companys follow-up treatment of a customer is so abysmal. These two employees took my rating from probably a 4 star to a No Star!!

Great selection when planning to add a patio or outdoor concrete solutions. Go over and walk the outside showroom and make those plans!!! Bling Blinky of Texas Shout Out: Living on the Porch - Seriously can be done!

The person that answers the phone is not at all helpful. If you do dare to call, you'd better know the answers and you should be prepared to respond rapid fast or you'll get one of those disgruntled, humph sounds on the other end of the line. Would never work with a company seemingly so impatient.

Reached out for a quote from this company and got quite the rude comment back. "Good luck finding someone to help with this small of a job". Would not recommend this company based on that rude interaction. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Big or small job.
