I could not be more satisfied with an accounting group! I oversaw the property management division of a small boutique commercial real estate firm and brought in WE Certified Real Estate Services to take over our accounting. Before we brought them on, our property management team was tasked with all of the accounting for the properties in our portfolio. They came in, helped us create our accounting policies and procedures, audited our existing accounting operations and found many ways that we could make adjustments to make things more efficient, help us meet our reporting deadlines, and streamline the process to become more accurate with our financials. They audited our tenant billings and reconciliations and were able to help us add value to our services as 3rd party managers.

They were very professional, extremely responsive to even the smallest of questions, and they worked hand in hand with the property owners as well as our management staff to ensure everyone had a full understanding of the process. They also helped the Managers understand different aspects to ensure they were able to communicate openly with the tenants with confidence about their tenant accounts. They saved us and helped property management go back to managing the properties and tenant relationships without being chained to their desks working on accounting!
