never buying from them again purchased from them as a birthday gift to myself and was very excited to find the phone in amazing condition to the naked eye. turns out, anytime i took a call there was a gross static on every call, every voice memo, etc and i paid $1k for a 14 PM in excellent condition. get in contact with them on ebay and make sure to let them know that i was upset that something was wrong with the phone and they told me i could return it and get a replacement but was skeptical because i could possibly get a phone in worse quality depending on their stock and clearly, they didnt check the phone to see if it worked before shipping mine. went to the apple store to see what the issue was and it turned out the bottom mic was broken and would cost $600 to fix and the phone obviously wasnt on warranty. i was so upset and utterly disappointed with amazing wireless the only good that came out of it was because both my old 12 pm and the 14 pm from amazing wireless were in amazing condition, i was able to trade them both in for a brand new 15 pm WITH apple care and only had to pay the $200 which for a new 15? hell yeah ill pay that. so yeah, i dont recommend ordering from them. maybe test your phones before sending out broken ones. i couldnt even take a phone call without that dumb static and no one could even hear me thats how bad it was

Edit: restarting the phone and updating the software removed the xfinity lock. Weird. Or, maybe Amazing Wireless saw my message and fixed it. Regardless, phone is in great condition and I'm happy with this experience. Rating one star until I get my eBay order resolved. Sold me a phone advertised as "unlocked" but it's locked to Xfinity Wireless. I'm confident the team will make this right and I look forward to changing this to a 5 star review.

Scam business, won't refund you for a return. They have the device back and my money. Please don't do business with them. They keep claiming that the dispute is open that they cannot process a refund.
