I really wish l had read reviews on Yelp before choosing to go with this mobile repair shop. First red light shouldve been that they were ready to come do the work same day at a discount. When they got here, the owner haggled the price up and I accepted as l was ready to be done with it. They were done in less than an hour and l noticed it didnt quite look right but they told me the paint had to settle after a day and not to wash the car. Keep in mind, all of this was done around 6/7p.
The next day in bright daylight was when l saw how shoddy and miserable the work was. The scratches were still there, the bumper wasnt fitted in and most of all, the paint was a different color. I immediately called the owner and he accepted to fix it after seeing the pictures l sent him. The next time l called, he had lost all his numbers and didnt know who l was! I sent him pictures as luckily our phone history was still intact. Till today, he has not responded to my calls or texts.
Lesson learnt. Read reviews and be discerning of people who are immediately ready to help and then bargain up prices once they get there, do a horrible job and have nothing by way of customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND LEARN FROM OTHERS MISTAKES! Service: Body & Trim
