I was trying to get an estimate scheduled for the repairs on my vehicle but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. In first place, the lady that answered the phone was talking with me and also with someone else in the background and I had to answer the same questions several times because she wasn't paying attention to me. Then she told me that they do not work with my insurance company. I told her that she won't work with my insurance company and I try to explain her that I am the one paying for the repairs but she wouldn't listen to me, she just keep saying that she understood what I said but that she doesn't work with my insurance company. All of this happened as she keep talking with someone else complaining about her previous call. Apparently there was another problem with her previous call and someone was trying to call them back but they didn't answer. With this first impression I doubt I'll use them to fix my car.

They had my car for a month. I feel my car was just sitting in their garage for 4-6 days before they started to work on it because a part was supposed to take 10 days to deliver, 4-5 days because of Christmas/new year's holidays, and another week to install the new part in my car. Other than that, pretty good job, doesn't even feel like I had an accident, and great paint job. Next time I'll try to get a rental before dropping my car off so I wouldn't be Ubering around which was expensive.
