    Dont waste your time even calling them up. Zero transparency.. if you quote price on apartments, their response will be. Sorry thats a 3rd party price so when price from their website was quoted, her response wa oh sorry thats the starting price and we only have $1480 unit avail. Not $1121.. if you advertise a unit at x price and avail now, then Id suggest you present a product at your offering

    Today (3/30/2024), my friend and I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for a tour and meeting about leasing. We arrived 10 minutes before. When we entered, we were greeted with "sit somewhere over there." We were already so excited for this appointment, so the greeting (or lack thereof) was off putting. We then waited until 10:50 a.m. I then asked one of the employees about our appointment. We were on a tight schedule and I was wondering how much longer the wait would be. It is understandable that schedules are not exact with these types of things, but the lack of communication was not professional. Once asked about our appointment, she responded with "we have a move in so it will be another 30 ish minutes before we can get to you." Mind you, we are already past the time of our scheduled and confirmed appointment when I asked this question. Her tone was rude and dismissive, and the experience as a whole deserves no stars. The website and advertising looks inviting, but the people working there are just the opposite. We even asked some people who lived there if they like it. Every response (3 people) was some form of no. One said they had no heat for a week after making a request, another said the grounds are not kept to the standard that they claim (from what I saw, the grounds were not dirty but definitely not pristine), another said the overall quality had gone down. ALL THREE MENTIONED HOW RUDE AND INATTENTIVE THE OFFICE STAFF WAS. truly am so disappointed. Do not waste your time.

    Hello, I had an appointment at 10:30am on the day of 3/30. I arrived 25 minutes early to my appointment because I was so excited to potentially see my new community. I went inside 10 minutes early to not only not being properly greeted and told have a seat somewhere over there to not being notified that I would have to wait an hour after my 10:30am appointment to see an unit. No good morning, hello, or thank you for coming in. I am in real estate myself and I do understand time management and things coming up that may throw your schedule a little behind. The lack of communication and rudeness from the leasing agents up front were unnecessary and unacceptable. Customer service goes a long way, and in this business - that is something that should be required of you. I was nice and polite waiting to be told the next steps and had waited 20 minutes before I had to get up myself to ask when I would be seen due to having a tight schedule for the day. Rudely, the leasing agent responded another 30 minutes and that they were dealing with something else. I hope that you all learn from this experience.

    Completely poorly managed apartment complex. They do not take care of what needs to be taken care of. We have been waiting for the pool now for now it has been over a year-and-a-half knowing that these things have been needed to be repaired.

    Ants in my dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave, sink nozzle, sink pipes, cabinets, shower, tub, bathroom counters, carpet in my bedroom, clothes in my closet, IN MY CATS FOOD AND WATER, IN MY HAIR. Management does less than nothing to help. Wasps on my bedroom carpet, I HAVE CATS. When people park in my space which is TOWING ENFORCED, the office will literally tell me to park somewhere else. Edit: i forgot to include the ice machine that comes in the fridge is repulsive, so i bought my own, only for me to get thawed ants in my drinks.. needless to say i can no longer use ice cubes. Yet again another edit: ive been here 5 months and my initial punch list of issues i had to submit within 48 hours was never finished. My shower heat has never worked properly to this day, which is interesting considering the office marked this as fixed. I also STILL cant receive mail, the office butchered the parcel pending and it wont register me as the occupant and they wont help. I have everything sent to my parents house. Im adding more to this review, ive lived here 7 months, maintenance refuses to replace my window screens which were ripped upon moving in, my shower heat still barely works, there is literally two unreserved spaced outside my apartment and maintenance is almost always either parked in one of the two spots, or on the crosswalk blocking the entrance. Sometimes they even park in reserves spots and the paying residents have to park elsewhere. I pay almost $2000 a month, and this place is filthy to bandaids stuck on the stairs, broken glass literally everywhere, my door was filthy, dented and rusted upon move in. People leave their aggressive dogs out and unattended in the hallways, ive complained but nothing has come of it. I LOVE my layout here and want to stay. But i cant take it here, I'm debating moving because of how awful it is here.
