Apartments are nice for what you pay but Tracy would be your go to person to get anything sorted. So far all my troubles have been resolved by her. Giving this review just because of how Tracy has managed to get all my questions answered and how helpful she has been.

Found a snake on a staircase, called apartment folks and they said they will take care of it later. That's how good the management is

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Ive had a leak in my kit hung since December. Multiple maintenance request have been put in and the issue still hasnt been fixed. At this point its spread to my closet adjacent from the kitchen and MOLD HAS BEEN GROWING FOR OVER A MONTH. Im very irritated that I pay my hard earned money to live in a nice area and the facility does not keep up with the upkeep of the apartments. Did I mention there have been rats in my ceiling for MONTHS. Extremely dissatisfied.

No make ready was done at time of move in on my apartment. It's dirty, it smells and items are broken . The management wants to convince me its clean. The director said, it looks like that because its an old building. I gave them time to make it right, but they dont want to do the right thing, they dont reply to my emails, I have no place to stay, I work from home, they are effecting my work, and putting my son and myself under so much stress. They are aware of the situation but simply they do not care. They told me the smell went away after they painted the countertops. Cheap harmful aerosol paint fumes is not considered a reasonable means for removing stubborn curry and other potent smells in an apartment. Tracie wanted to do the right thing such as Ozone clean the apartment, acid wash the tubs and clean it, but it appears managent refused.
