These apartments was ok until they started adding extra charges to my rent called they told me ignore them they kept the charges on my rent for 3 months then forced tried force me to pay for them tried to call for 3 days no answer got a late fee and after explaining everything that happened I not only did not get the charges waived but now have to pay the late fee its messed up cause this happened just a month after I renewed my lease do not move here man if I could go back and end my lease I would do it in a heartbeat

Lorenzo, I’m truly sorry to learn about your experience with any communication issues and concerns about your account. While speaking with our property accountant we do apologize that you aren’t able to remember the employee that you spoke with that directed you to not pay the balance on your account. Also, while speaking with the property accountant, I am glad that we had the chance to review the renewal charges for December and that while working together we found the duplicated charges are correct and reflect the start of the renewal. At present, we would like to rectify any issues immediately.
