1 month waiting for the air conditioning get fix. They are taking care about the issue they are trying to get better attention to the situation. Great place to live. Quiet safe.

I’ve lived in Carrington Park since June of 2018 and Miss Tasha in the office and Minton in maintenance are my go to. I never had a problem they didn’t solve immediately. Too notch customer service.

I have been trying to lease/get ahold of this complex for the past 3 weeks, my emails, texts and voicemails haven’t been returned neither have my realtors or my families. This seemed like a great complex until I experienced that they do not return phone calls or emails.

LORENZO is a FANTASTIC addition to the maintenance team! He's professional and very polite. Best of all, Lorenzo knows what he's doing! He is very skilled. He and Martin have greatly improved the maintenance problems we've had for the six years I've lived at this complex. If only we had two Lorenzos and two Martins, we residents would be in much better shape! I've stayed this long here b/c of the great location, and the tree line view from my windows. It is seriously over-priced for the age and general condition of the property, however.

Ok, so I do not live here. My husband and I came here this past Saturday (July 10th). We went to several complexes inquiring on prices and floor plans. We arrived here at 1pm and spoke with a young man. Now before I go on, I know with the market the way it is, apartments are filling up fast and jumping up in prices. We completely understand that. Now, the guy we spoke too (I can't remember his name) but he was a young Hispanic Male with glasses. We first said, that we haven't been able to reach anyone here for 2 days now and we can't get a call back. He didn't respond to that with any concern, instead he just moved on. We told him the floor plan, price and unit were interested in and he told us we don't have that one available. He tells what is available. So I asked questions over why it says differently on the website then what he is telling us. He said that site is not right or accurate. Also, I asked him about the non upgraded apartments and he said they are not moving anyone into non upgraded apartments. He wouldn't tell us why. He just told us that they will not move anyone into them. Which to my husband and I, that seems very crazy. He just seemed, likebhe didn't want to talk to us and was very pushy on not us getting an upgraded unit, but for us to leave. He was rude, very rushing and treated us like we couldn't afford to live here anyways. One more thing, I have called 6 times and left a voicemail and still haven't heard back. My husband and I now understand these reviews. We have chosen another complex that treats people the way they should be treated and act professional and also, tell us accurate information. Y'all need to treat people better, especially when the people leaving these reviews are or were going to pay y'all and keep y'all in business. Going to this complex was just a big waste of time and energy. I really hope future tenants take these reviews seriously and to not move in here. Also, if I get a response with an email attached. I will NOT respond to that. Y'all need to respond with a phone number that will have a person that is really and willing to speak with us like a professional.
