Ive had the displeasure of working with them for five years now ever since they were unfortunately put in charge of managing my family trust when my father died. Unresponsive, late filings, incorrect filings (and being told "I'd have to fix it", which is malpractice) every single year. Every single year, I would send them all of my documents several months before the deadline, I would not hear back from them at all, despite emailing them every so often, and then every year, a couple of days before the deadline (or on the deadline), and one year even a week PAST the deadline I would have my tax return arrive with no further explanation or communication from them. I'm done with them. Thankfully I found a new CPA but surprise surprise, the Quenzer firm gets to bite me one last time, because the new CPA needs documents form them and they again are not responding (it's been five days now). Horrible experience. I'm glad to get them out of my life. I care too much about my finances and life estate to leave it in the hands of a non responsive, half a$$, disinterested (for whatever reason) accounting firm I've talked to several other CPAs and one of them told me that they have committed malpractice in regards to how they have done my filings aka filing incorrectly and telling me that it was my responsibility to fix it. All of my siblings have left this firm.

I run a small company and have used Eaton, Quenzer for a number of years. I make estimated tax payments throughout the year. Since they have my previous records on file and my P & L, they help me determine my estimated tax payments.

WE have used this accountant firm for over 20 years- both business and personal. I will never leave them, they have my back!
