        This CPA firm operates very professionally and in a friendly manner. The 1-star raters are obviously turning in their stuff at the last minute and expect everyone at this firm to drop what they're doing to get THEIR returns filed on time. I have multiple entities, and hence have had this firm prepare and submit 60+ returns for me over the past 20 years. I have yet to have a single return filed late. I do not believe that I'm getting any special treatment, but rather that this is the standard of service for this firm. I highly recommend Jones & Jones CPAs.

        Do not use this CPA firm. Used for last three years. Never finish our taxes on time, always have to file extensions. Finally finished our 2020 taxes a few weeks ago, and now we are getting huge fines for them being filed late!! Contacted the office, and they do not respond. Do not use this company!!! We have already found someone new!
