Very bad experience. Never visit them. I booked an appointment, and when we reached their, they said the person is not available. As a courts3y, they should have at least called to cancel or reschedule rather wasting my time.

I have bad news experience with Fang Inc. She filed my return wrongly twice and everytime I have to pay IRS around $2000. When I to contact her over emails, phone or physically, she just made excuses and never responded. I am highly disappointed with CO. I would never recommend anyone to do any financial transactions with them. I wish I could rate them negatively.

Unfriendly staff with ''I don't give a Fxxx'' attitude on the phone. All they care about is how they will charge you regardless what your question or need is. You definitely can find a better accountant than this. It's not like they are the only one in the world.

Catherine Fang and her entire office is unprofessional and has a horrible attitude. First of all, she will never call or text you back immediately. Even if you call her, she will defer you for at least a day. She is expecting you to pay her for anything she does. She does not ask you for documents or updates, she does not care, and she will file paperwork with wrong information without informing you first.
