We scheduled for an appointment to have 2 cars detailed. Everything was confirmed and we were told he would be here at 7:30 the morning of the 6/1/23 to get started. I woke up at 7 that morning so I could greet them and make sure they didnt need anything before getting started (restrooms, water, etc.). I waited until 9 that morning and I had not heard anything. I called and messaged on different platforms and never received a response. I FINALLY got ahold of someone at 6:00 in the evening that day and was told it was raining where they were so they didnt send anyone out. I understand not wanting to send people out in weather as it can make travel difficult and hazardous. I just wish that wouldve been communicated to me that morning rather than me attempting to contact them throughout the day. They told me they wanted to fix it and make it right. They said they would come on 6/4/23 at 8 that morning to get the cars done. Once again, I sit here at now 11:45 the morning of 6/4/23 and cannot get ahold of anyone and have not heard anything back. Ive used this company once before and everything went fine. I will not be attempting to use this company again as they cannot communicate with customers. Not just new customers, but returning customers as well.

First time getting my truck detailed by them and it looks great. Contacted him after the bad dust storm we had last week and scheduled with him. He was early to scheduled time and spent 7.5 hours cleaning my truck! Told him I was ok if he raised his charge because my truck was so bad and he refused saying he stands by the price he quotes. Will definitely do business with them again! I dont have pictures but for reference I live way out in the country so it was already dirty then with the blackout dust storm we had, there was dust in every crevice and a haze to exterior paint that I couldnt get rid of. Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing
