Ah, I could write a book of this place. I was one of the first tenants in 2019. Its a great and quiet place to live. I see the bad reviews and I notice its from people that have never even lived there, so thats weird. Theres a waiting list because everyone in Plainview wants in. Its different and updated. Has a small city vibe. It took me a lot of convincing to leave these apartments, but I moved to a different city!

Very terrible service, they NEVER answer their phones. It took us so many tries to even try to talk to someone about at least getting an application process started. They are so unorganized, they didnt even have an active manager in charge in the office. The process eventually never happened because of their lack of communication.

I called several times and left messages. I stopped by on a Thursday before 5 and no one was there. Had to send several emails to get a response and then was told as punishment that I was going to be put on a waiting list when I turn my application in. I applied for a teaching position in Plainview but am from out of town and need an apartment. I was told a 3 bedroom was available but now I was going to be put on a waiting list. This place really needs to become more professional. Customer Service is ridiculous.
