My husband spoke with All Appliance about scrap. The guy was really nice so I looked it up saw the one negative review that should be removed because it's not even All Appliance. All Appliance shouldn't have to take a negative review for another company not even related to all appliances. This guy seems all business and hard working for his reputation. I hope the false review gets removed. Makes me mad.

Really good guy absolutely deserves five stars ..sadly the lady that gave the only bad review wasn't even talking about this place I hope she removes it. Honest hard working guy deserves real reviews

This is just to bring attention to the owner- he has a relative operating a freelance appliance repair job under the same name in DFW. This relative goes to the clients houses semi-works on their appliance- says they need to order a part. (Name is scratched for privacy). Maybe stays in contact for a couple days- but then never replies or gets back to them. After an investigation, Apparently this happens frequently. He changes the business names or shuts down the page. Copied the description from All Appliances of East Texas and adds it to his sites to seem legitimate. So now the clients have paid $$ for basically no service. He is scamming people under the guise of association wi the your business.

I called them after hours on Friday when I knew they would be closed and did not expect a return call until Monday. I received a call and text message from them on Saturday. They told me they could come out that day, but I was not at home. Very generous offer though.
I ended up calling them back Monday morning and they were able to get me on the schedule for Monday afternoon. Todd, the tech, showed up when he said he would and got right to business. He had the part on-hand and had it up and running in 15 minutes. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
