Had my water heater go out overnight and called first thing in the morning. Spoke to Jesse the manager and he stated he could have a crew at my house that same day. 10 min later I had the service tech Lalo called me and notified me he was 20 min away. Lalo quickly removed my water heater and went to pick another one up at a local warehouse come to find out they didnt have any. He quickly located another one in Brownsville and drove 45 min to get it. Lalo kept me updated with status throughout the whole service call. Lalo and his partner were very professional something that is very hard to find these days. My water heater was up and running by 3:00 that same day! Thank you for your quick response and great customer service!!

My water heater stopped working & I contacted AV plumbing who came in and replaced it the SAME DAY! They are extremely fast and professional!!

I have always been very happy with A.V.Plumbing. Andy is always available and response time is very good.
