I pet grooming and Hotel

i took my rabbit there, and they were super rude to me. then i had an appointment at 9am and nobody was at the store yet. then my rabbit isnt super huge and they charged me an XL package. 95$ for a rabbit. thats ridiculous. and it was only a bath, flea shampoo, dished, and nail cut. then they say they cant take off the extra charge cause they already started after i said to call me and tell me the price. never again will i be going back. and watch your animals please they seem very ugly with them.

Excellent service, the groomers were very attentive and my babies looked beautiful. I love that you can stay and see how they treat/cut their hair and the place is VERY clean. The owner is a sweetheart and also has very good customer service. I think we just found our new place to always take them. TOTALLY recommended!

Very disappointed in the service. I had taken my dog shith-zu to the bathroom and cut her 4 times and everything was fine. It is worth mentioning that my dog is a small size and has always charged me no more than $50 dollars. I like the place because I don't have to make an appointment and the service is very fast. This time they called me to tell me that my dog is ready and I asked how much it would be just to corroborate what they had charged me before, and they told me that it was $75.00 dollars which I did not want to question until it arrived. Upon arrival they tell me that my dog is medium size and that the cost is $50 dollars, they charge me because according to my dog she had fleas and a disinfection of her scissors plus the taxes plus the charge for payment by card. When I arrived and left my dog, I told the girl who received her that she should make a very close cut since she was suffering from some type of allergy and I was going to take her to the vet (I checked her well the day before because I thought that he was scratching because of some flea and I didn't find anything) If they are going to perform an extra service or one that you did not request, I think the most prudent thing possible is to call and let them know. I only had $60 and I let them know. To which the very rude girl began to tell me that if I went to HEB I was not going to say I only bring this to pay and she seemed very rude to me to which I got upset and left (leaving the taxes owed) $4.95 . They give me a service that I did not request and they get upset because for whatever reason you have not considered the expense. By the way, the cut is not professional at all. The owner called me to complain and threatened me and spoke to me very rudely. Goodwill? Scamming is not good will, madam, if you are going to do any extra service that was requested of you, you need to notify him. Terrible conditions? If you have your videos like you told me to extort me, try them and don't threaten me. It's a shame that the owner herself has such treatment, but it doesn't surprise me, now I understand why her employee was so rude. I never treated her with any bad or disrespectful words. But go to the police and do everything you told me you were going to do. What a shame indeed.
