        The cheesecake brulee dalgona is the bomb! But you really can't go wrong with any of their beverages here!

        We were looking for a new place to try out. We saw the only food item on the menu were their corn dogs. But they did have other food just not in the menu at the front, wish we would have known that prior to ordering. Lady was not helpful m, or ask us how can she help us nothing like that. We got a blank stare as she waited for us to order. No helpful or friendly staff, food was ok. Dont recommend

        Snowbite is a must! The food is spectacular, the atmosphere is welcoming and they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your experience. I dont live in the area anymore but whenever I return its always on my list!

        Went for the first time and let me tell you! It was hands down delicious! The wings nice and crispy, the beef and shrimp noodle was full of flavor and had to try the smoothie and Dream limeade, also couldnt forget the corn dogs!! Highly recommend..

      We are sorry to hear about your experience. We normally offer menus to everyone who comes in depending if they are dining in or takeout. There was a slight chance one of our new staff was the one you encountered. 1st day and she is still getting use to the Job atmosphere and protocols. We wil adress this with all our staff. Hopefully if you give us a chance we hope to do better

      Sorry you didn’t have a good experience. Please let us know what you felt was expensive? A lot of our boba drinks don’t come with Boba pearls so yes there will be an additional charge just like other tea shops everywhere. Management came to visit you when it appeared that you were not happy about something while talking to your server…but when asked you said everything was fine. So we left it as that. Sorry we did not seat you properly as we are busy and sometimes miss some customers, but in no means we do it on on purpose.
