Jasso Express

A quaint food truck located in Pharr, it has been around for about a year, but for a few months it had a sporadic opening schedule and it affected their ability to attract and maintain a steady clientele. The menu is a bit limited in plates available, but they do serve what is expected of a Mexican Food truck. Breakfast tacos and Lunch tacos and plates of Fajita and Carne Guisada.

I get confused how its not a sit down restaurant - just a food cart- but their prices are just as high or higher than our local eateries here on Ferguson- where we can sit in air conditioning and get served (including chips and salsa). It just seems like a rip-off.

The nachos are the best I've tasted by far. Lean Angus beef fajitas, c'mon. Awesome! The J potato, egg n cheese taco. Woooow.
