        Have been here twice in the last week. Just stand around waiting for someone to come help me in the front area. First time for about 30 min and the second time for about 10 minutes. They dont seem to want to make a sale for some reasonno one interested in asking if you need help or have questions etc.

        Went on Feb 12. I waited behind a guy in the service dept who seemed to be buying stuff and discussing catalogs rather than servicing equipment. I t kept going on and on so I left. I'll fix it myself and get my parts online.
