        I would give it a negative star. They never answer. They ask you to text them with the info, and nothing gets done. The claim for this year's damage to my home, I was the one who had to do it on my own. They never filed the hail damage on the vehicle so we lost out on that. Don't bother going with them!!!!! save yourself the headache and find another Allstate agent
