Comfort Inn & Suites

Room was clean, comfortable. Staff was great. Real eggs for breakfast in the morning. Saw the bad reviews, they must've stayed somewhere else. Right next door to a Stripes, so tacos and beer.

Terrible smell in the room breakfast was awful swimming pool was close and still they ask for $100 deposit

I do not recommend it, they withheld 100 dlls from us and blocked our account, they told us that three to five days and more than a week passed and they did not resolve the release, very dirty, I do not recommend it Nearby activities: Shopping

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. My family and I stayed in this hotel over the weekend. We booked the room and got there early morning. We told the front desk man, name is Andrew. That were arriving late or early mornings. On our arrival that morning, our reservations were canceled. We asked why , he gave a lousy answer. Andrew told us that we have to make a fresh reservation, he told us to use their computer and we did. Unfortunately, it was a completely different pricing from what we earlier had. Now, we spent close to another 35 minutes or so , the kids had to sleep at their lobby couch waiting, Andrew was careless. After charging us a new price, Andrew insisted that we have to pay an early checking fee of $45. We argued with him to consider weaving that price because our reservation was canceled rudely, he said no. We requested for manager, she was not on duty that early morning. We requested upstairs, he gave us first floor. We got into the room, the carpet was a little sticky, we thought because it was freshly cleaned and we didnt want to get into a fresh argument with him, so we didnt ask whys carpet was sticky. Now, we looked around, it was two towels for five people. I went out to get more, I requested for more towels, he refused and told me there are four already there . I told him that I only found two and to go ahead and just give me more. He said, he can only give me one. We pressed and requested for more, he said and I quote. Whenever I travel, I always travel with my own towels. It was at that point an older gentleman who overheard our conversation said to him, is there anything we need to know that youre not telling us?? He kept quiet. Now listen to this. Remember the sticky floor, boy as I went to take my shower, as the water touched my feet, the whole bathtub was black and very , very dirty water. We couldnt go back to him to complain because he doesnt care and needless, so we decided to wear our flip-flop inside that room. Never ever going back to that or anything Comfort Inn & Suites again. We complained, and were told the manager will call. No call from the manager or anyone from that hotel. Be careful out there.
