Any questions/ concerns we had, Roy was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help and ensure that everything was perfect. LTR is reliable, detailed and operates with high integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build your dream house. Our house won many awards on Parade of Homes, and credit to LTR and all his employees for all their hard work and dedication to ensure that everything was perfect.

I am so happy I went with Roy and LTR for our new home. There is a lot that you have to do when it comes to building a new home but Roy was so patient and attentive. Regardless of how many other projects he had going he always made time to answer any questions we had. I appreciate how he always kept us in the loop with everything! He addressed everything with urgency and made our dream home come to life ! Great quality, great service, and great results.
