Todays spoke to waste management in Pharr supposed with the supervisor marco did not give me his last name, and with a lady who was answering the calls that deny giving her name! they couldnt pick up my trash supposedly due to a white Chevy was blocking the trash cans as you could see theres no vehicle blocking it! Supposedly on my water bill comes in notice that our trash cans have to be on the side of the road but if a car hits a trashcan, they are not responsible for it. It will be mine liability. Those trash cans have been there for more than 10 years. They have been doing service on them and have never had an issue with it !
Recently, it has been three times in this year that they havent pick up my trash and its been annoying that I have to be calling them so they could do the service on it again!
This was so unprofessional you charge so much taxes and over price water bills for the service you just game me ! They did not resolve my issue and pictures are attached .
and again I did offer supervisor marco to send an email with the pictures attached and he denied it that he didnt need them telling me my point of view ,but of course he denied it. He didnt want to see them. He didnt understand my concern as a customer with Pharr !

Excellent City! Ive lived here for almost 20years and the city has grown so much! Might not be as big as others but they have grown in various ways. They host various city events. They offer various jobs. City Hall has great staff even though you dont really need to go there as much since everything is practically done online now. Make sure to follow their Social media accounts for updates on what roads will be closed or if there will be any type of utility interruptions. Cant wait to see what else this city develops in the future.

Worst place to live in the valley! Ive never experienced so many main road closures (S Cage Blvd) due to stupid city events that cause so much unnecessary traffic. They should focus the tax payer money in fixing the roads. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
