KFC

Had a 30.00 order and they wouldn't give us a regular cup for water because they was out of "Water Cups". If that's not poor customer service I don't know what is.

Horrible food!! Cold chicken probably sitting for a good while, raw doughy biscuits!! 20 plus down the drain!! Never again will we eat here!!!!!!

Went there yesterday an hour before they close, it was completely empty! Got my combo went home and it was wrong, they gave me two piece instead of three and the cole slaw smelled rotten as well! I called the store twice, no answer. Called a 3rd time and a girl finally answered, I explained my situation and she just hung up! Went to the store the next day and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it happened yesterday! Place would've been closed if I went back. Absolutely stupid service No wonder that place was empty.

The food was not what we were expecting which was disappointing because we rarely go to KFC because of the locations. We ordered a bucket of crispy chicken and sides. The chicken was not crispy at all and tasted like it had maybe been sitting there. We went around dinner time so I was surprised it wasnt fresh. The service was not that great either. They werent friendly or rude, just not the kind of customer service you would like. I went through the drive through but the outside area was clean.
