    Placed an order online, and after waiting for months, I checked. They deleted the main item I was looking for and changed the price from my ticket from the 9 I ordered and it also says in progress. Sent them an email they said they canceled my order because they no longer ship fluids. They false marketed the main Item I was looking for stay away from these lame tactics

It left me with the impression that the individuals responsible for handling the order were not sufficiently attentive or diligent in their duties. Regrettably, my experience with this particular online store fell short of my expectations.     ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After speaking to multiple incompetent employees, I am still no closer to a resolution. Not one of the three employees I spoke to took any interest in trying to help resolve an issue with an order and no manager stepped in to help. This is a sad example of a dealership.
