Kian and his crew did an excellent job of rebuilding a section of our home's sewage pipe beneath the basement floor after we experienced a backup. Maria was helpful and conscientious about setting appointments, and Nathan was prompt in answering my emails and providing clear explanations of any points I needed clarified before or after the completion of the task. In particular, they came with a snake and a camera to examine the problem, and they found that a root intrusion had obstructed and damaged the pipe. Before beginning the assignment, they gave their candid opinion and potential outcomes. After two days of labor, the damaged section of pipe was rebuilt, gravel was used to bed the pipe and backfill the hole, and the cement finish was applied to the floor. Kian and his colleagues maintained a courteous and professional demeanor throughout the entire project. They did a lot of explaining and showing films to demonstrate the problems they had noticed. They put down tarps to protect the floor and a door, and tidied up when they were done. They arrived promptly, as expected. Their professionalism and sense of duty impressed me. I'm hoping they'll keep up the excellent work they've been doing.

We discovered a crack under the sink just prior to turning off the water, so we were compelled to do so. Sunday afternoon, Nathan and Kian resolved the issue. They were knowledgeable and competent.
