Walmart Auto Care Centers

So today Sat 3/30/24 I went to get an Oil Change and once I arrived the hispanic worker refused to do my oil change and told me to get out of the line on top of that he broke a cable connection to my battery and was being racist & disrespectful he had a horrible attitude can't wait to get his name and file a police report on him. That was the worst service I ever received today.I shouldn't have had to pay for anything at all & the manager I spoke with there wasn't any better, sorry as people. Never will I go back and use the Auto Center in Pflugerville on 685 for anything. I will be filing a police report because now my vehicle is worse off then it came in & he should be held responsible for it.

DO NOT GO THERE. THEY SOLD US A BATTERY THAT WAS COMPLETELY DEAD. MR COACH ARGUED WITH ME REGARDING TRUSTING HIM THAT THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY WOULD BE F I N E. He was slamming left and right the papers because I decided to get a refund. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

They truly go above and beyond for their clients and are professional throughout every step of the process. I highly recommend this Walmart Auto Care Centers for oil changes!
