First off I want to thank God for allowing THE Jason Raynor to be our realtor throughout this process. He exhibited great knowledge, expertise, and commitment to our needs. Mr. Raynor was always available to lead and guide us through some difficult situations (even on the weekends & after reg business hours). Jason also made it personal even when we wanted to throw in the towel, his encouragement helped push us to the finish line! In the beginning of this process we were realtor-client but now we are family for life and in that order . Jason is an amazing educator, advocate, and partner when starting the home buying process. He never allows you to settle for less and will research, connect and align you with your desires, wants, and non negotibles when finding a home. With this being our first home he not only was able to find something in our price range we were able to build the house of our dreams for less money then we could ever imagine--thank you Jason for everything!

Jason is absolutely amazing!!! This was my first time purchasing a home. So the process within itself was already scary. Jason listened to my partner and I on what we desired in all aspects of our home and community. He gave us options and favorite question was do you love it? So us loving each decision we made was a must for him. My partner has now adopted that habit. Lol I have to tell you we have the home of our dreams thanks to him! I recommend him 10/10!

Jason Raynor is the best and most thorough Realtor I have ever worked with. Hes knowledgeable and technically savvy to quickly put together information and contracts in a very competitive and changing market. Highly recommend him if youre purchasing a home!
