Just started but the first couple of weeks have been great. The staff are all friendly and communicative. The management is very active with the staff and kids and the overall experience has been positive.

Lack of communication.
Weve been waiting since January and havent gotten anywhere. Weve taken two tours already and ms. Green told me she would call again because she forgot about this second tour.
Havent heard from them since.
Looks like they have a disorganized schedule/system.

Training Wheels Pflugerville is a great ABA Center. The therapists so clearly care about the kids and families that they work with and are constantly striving their best to assist children in making progress. The overall environment here feels familial and the practices here are transparent. This facility also happily collaborates with external speech and occupational therapists, so is a great spot for your child if they need several service providers to work with your child throughout the day. If there was one ABA Center I could recommend in this area, it would definitely be Training Wheels ABA.
