Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn & Suites

Rooms are clean, the hotel has no hidden fees and 'deposit' nonsense. Easy access to Austin. Their clientelle can be improved on though, judging by the rubbish they leave behind in corridors and even inside the lift and the amount of noise they make. What is it with the ice machine? They gorge themselves on ice till 3am in the morning. Better guests would improve the hotel, any hotel.

Manager Christian is very helpful and very nice. Took care of room getting me settled in after working 74 hours straight I recommend this hotel to all my fellow brothers in blue who work the highway all over texas a wonderful place to stay.

The place was good over all. We stayed on the lower level, the ceiling was high, clean rooms, the walls were a bit too thin for my liking. Rooms: Clean. Spacious Nearby activities: Gas station and , convenience store near by. Lots of food trucks in the area Food & drinks: Good breakfast daily. Coffee available 24/7

Stacy had all of our rooms ready. Took 2 minutes to check into 4 rooms. Great friendly smile personality.
