Employee was told to price match my item. As soon as the manager walked off, employee scanned the item and started arguing with me about the price difference, saying it was TOO big of a discount so she would have to double check with a manager. Again?!! Mind you the manager already confirmed the price I would be paying. What is wrong with you people? Ill do all my shopping at Target from now on. I dont care if I have to pay more. Its worth not having to deal with Walmart employees.

I originally was going to Leave a one star review due to miscommunication about an online ad for AirPods, but the store manager was awesome with customer service so I am changing my review. I came up here yesterday to purchase some AirPods. Online has them priced at 89 and also that you can pick them up today. I went in and when I purchased them they rang up for 99. I asked the cashier and he told me to take it to customer service to inquire about the price. Customer service was closed, so I spoke with a manager who said since the product was sold and shipped by Walmart they could price match it, but since customer service was closed Id have to come back in the morning. I came back at 7:30 to customer service where I was told by BRUCE that he doesnt know why I was told that, and that they couldnt price match. When I asked for a manager he said the store manager was there and she wouldnt come up for that. I ended up asking for a refund and went to electronics where the associate in customer service called for a manager since Bruce wouldnt. The store manager Shamika came out and informed me that she would price match the item. She explained to me how online pricing works and the different sales online can offer to promote online shopping. I appreciate the explanation and am grateful she took care of the situation. I do think that the pick up online should be changed if the price will be different in store. I am grateful for the assistance I received and explanation I received from Shamika and the other associates whos names I wish Id gotten. Bruce however was rude and needs to work on his approach. You work in customer service, he was very curt from beginning to end, and he needs to work on that.
