Two things: 1) They have obviously asked their employees to submit 5 star reviewswhich isnt kosher. 2) We bought a house where this vendor did the install and they did the most boneheaded things. Worst offender is putting not one, but two seams in the sheet vinyl right in the highest traffic area of the kitchen. It was just a matter of time before it would come up.

BEWARE. I bought a home from a builder that uses flooring services and they had to come back out and completely re-do the entire flooring after we had tenants moved in. They hired movers that were very negligent and broke multiple pieces of furniture when moving the tenants furniture in and out. It has been months now flooring services is refusing to acknowledge the damage caused by the moving company even though it was immediately brought to their attention. Spoke with the supervisor Mark and he is very rude and condescending. Made a comment about how my tenant should learn English. Has ignored us for months while weve been trying to amicably work this out. Unfortunately theyre not interested in an amicable solution, so we will have to take it to court. Save yourself the headache, NEVER use this company for anything.
