T-Mobile

Yolanda from thw stonehill store in Pflugerville worked hard and spoke to customer care. And didn't quit until she was able to figure out the billing problems we were having with T-mobile. She even gave up part of her lunch hour to help us. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! She truly made us feel very important and it was also nice that she really cared to help us.

I went into T-mobile today since I was due for an upgrade. I was greeted by Will, but it wasn't really a greet. It was of him just being rude and not helpful. He was also training a new girl who was very nice, but he was very condescending to her. She stated she was new and didn't know what they were looking for when checking my phone for water damage. Will said out loud water damage. My phone does not have water damage, otherwise I wouldn't of been able to trade it in. Will stated they would only give me $200 for my phone, and I said does online have a different promotion because they are giving me $455. He proceeded to basically say I was lying until I showed him. Will should not be managing any employee nor dealing with people. I don't ever take my time to ever write a bad review on anybody, but he just left such an awful impression of this store I couldn't just sit and not say anything. I went down to the T-mobile down from that other store on FM685 and the sales guy there was very helpful, and did explain that online could have different promotions. I then called T-mobile and let them know my experience with Will, and the woman who helped me over the phone was a winner. She got me a better deal and was very nice. As well the girl in training was very nice, and wished she could of made my sale. Avoid Will who is the manager at this store.

I've been w/Sprint since 1999 (w/1 year off), and have been pleasantly surprised in general with the T-Mobile in-store experience. However, this time was a few levels above what I'd had previously, most of which can be attributed to Asst. Mgr. Dani. She had a positive, easy conversational style and gave quick, direct answers and made the time fly by quickly as she worked. Even when there was a bizarre glitch with the SprintT-Mobile integration on a particular screen when finalizing the sale, she made a fast call to a fellow manager and worked through it very quickly. Honestly, she provided probably the best in-store customer service experience I've had with either Sprint or T-Mobile in the 23 years I've been using them. The store itself is clean and pleasant overall, but a little light on inventory. However, as I was told, they can have anything shipped there within 2 business days. This will definitely be my home T-Mobile store going forward.
