R&C Salon in Pflugerville, Austin , Tx

Went in not long ago for neon red hair hair lights, which I stressed repeatedlyI got dark red instead. Like, darker than the fading neon I went in with for a refresh to. I was told wait a few weeks for it to lighten up but it never did, of course, because even if it does lighten a bit from washing out, its still not neon. Staff were friendly but its not at all what I asked for, which is disappointing because I got recommended to go there. EDIT: now the owner is claiming they didnt even provide the service, but I have the receipts and email appointment reminders to prove it. Ill be in touch to prove my case, but that shows the professionalism level right there.

They did my daughters hair for a special occasion and they did an amazing job at an amazing price. They took time for a trial before the event and on the day of the event even though I missed my scheduled appointment they were kind and accommodating and did everything will lot of patience. My daughter loved how they did her nails too. Friendly staff and pleasant service. Services: Hairstyling, Manicure
