        Called asking for a certain oil and the guy says Ive never heard of it and hangs up then I call back and get a different person and he finds the exact oil I wanted

        Went to this advanced auto parts around 3:30 pm. I went to get my core charge back and there was the man by the name of John he was so rude he was not returning the core charge he said I was wrong and thats what the computer said he was yelling at me but I kept calm. He kept telling me come back tomorrow I said no he had to call an employee named Veronica who had checked me out earlier when I bought the parts. She finally got it straight and he then returned my money back correctly but was so angry and never apologized for being very rude and wrong. I have no idea what was wrong with John why is he so rude.
