        I was very impressed by Dr. Vanderfords professionalism and compassion towards his patients. His thoroughness in examining my dog was exceptional, leaving no stone unturned. His depth of knowledge was evident as he provided me with valuable insights and recommendations. I appreciated how he presented me with a range of options and sent me home with a lot of helpful information. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Vanderford for anyone seeking a veterinarian who combines expertise with genuine care. I must also commend his entire staff for their professionalism and friendliness. Overall is was a great experience.

        We had a mixture of positive and negative experiences here but the last visit made it clear it was time to find a new vet and team. Unprofessional behavior and lacking of accountability, combined with disrespectful time management, and relying on a computer system more than trying to organize visits to make things both efficient and convenient made this decision to transition our four dogs elsewhere necessary. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by one of the head vets was not only rude but I would think would be embarrassing for the entire organization of VCA.
