Kylie Ray and Emma Langston are amazing. They have helped my daughter with her speech therapy so much. My daughter has progressed a lot and I believe that Kylie and Emma are the perfect therapist for her. :)

I had a very terrible experience with Cole pediatrics at Pearland.I recently moved from woodlands and I was using Cole pediatrics in Conroe, had an awesome time with them. I moved to Rosenberg recently and I had to change my daughters therapist and I was transferred to Cole pediatrics Pearland branch.My daughter had some few sessions and her therapist went on vacation.There was no plan for the whole time that she was gone for.The first appointment after she travelled was fine and the subsequent ones were canceled with no prior notice until about few minutes to the appointment and this was 3 consecutive times.the last one I was on my way for the appointment when I was called that her therapist wasnt available and no one to take my daughter,my drive was an hour to the office and youre just calling to let me know.I got angry and told them I wont come back to them and the receptionist didnt even try to talk me nicely if I want to have a second thought or even apologize and she just said okay we wish you well bye.That was so cold and no one ever reached out to me since that time and its being about a month now.

I did not get to start therapy with this facility so I cannot rate the actually services but dealing with their case management was disappointing. We started our referral process back in January and although I would email as well as call and leave a message for an update I would never hear back. When we were hitting close to a month from when our PCP sent the speech referral that was the first time I was able to talk to someone regarding our referral, who then said they needed an additional form faxed. When everything was supposed to be set to get us scheduled their schedule was about 8 weeks out to get an initial evaluation, and then I was told it could take up to 4 weeks for them to submit their eval to our insurance and hear back before we could set up actual speech therapy appts. All in all we were looking at a time frame from May-June when they called me towards the end of February. Thankfully we were able to find another facility and have started our sessions there. From the people that I spoke to it sounds like there is only one possibly 2 case managers handling the patient load of both clinic locations which is absurd and no wonder the turn around time for things to get sent/submitted is so long. With this facility having more than one location it sounds like they need to staff better or possibly look at the process you guys have for referrals and coordinating because it sounds like the work is being dumped on only a few people which obviously they will not be able to work through in a timely manner. Its unfortunate because some people may rely on this facility for referrals due to their insurance. I can only hope upper management can help with this process because Im sure the staff does the best they can but it just sounds like they have too much work/oversight of both facilities.
