        I am a frequent UPS customer, because I have a slight obsession with Amazon. But I am not understanding the negative reviews? I have never felt dismissed or that anyone was being rude. I walk in, do my business, and go on about my day. Im always taken care of quickly and efficiently. Not sure what others expect. Just walk in, smile, say good morning/afternoon, this is why Im here, thank you have a good day bye. You guys are doing just fine.

        I dropped my package here which included clothes and a pair of shoe for return to shein in March 3rd. Later I received refund from shein for clothes only. Later when I followed up I was told the pair of shoe did not arrive in there warehouse. I have been following up with ups with no results. Am so pissed
