Wonderful facility and excellent therapists. Jason and Larisa stand out to me for their dedication to getting me back on my feet, literally. Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Never thought I would find myself being a patient in a rehab this young, however my experience was phenomenal here. My therapists exceeded my expectations, and I am forever grateful for all the things I learned from them. Nursing staff were personable and prompt when I had medical concerns. The facility is very clean and fairly easy to navigate. The CEO, along with other office staff members, made it a priority every day to check on patients which I appreciated. Overall, this is definitely a place I trust to recommend to loved ones that may need these services in the future!

My father had a total ankle replacement on March 22. When I first wrote a review for Encompass, our only experience was negative in trying to get him admitted. I was contacted by the quality director, upon speaking with her, we decided to go ahead and give the facilty a shot. They have not disappointed since. The facility is wonderful. Clean, updated, and it doesn't even smell like a medical facility. The staff was outstanding. From daily visit by the CEO to those helping with his care and rehabilitation, our experience was beyond any expectations we had. The issue we had with trying to be admitted the first time we're addressed. Every need my father had was quickly addressed and then some. I highly recommend this facility if you're in need of rehab services. My father had an ankle replacement on March 22. Prior to the procedure, we verified coverage, and had everything lined up for my father to enter rehab at encompass when discharged from the hospital. The marketing liason visited us while he was in the hospital and explained that it was the insurance plan my father had that was causing the hold up and was rude in stating she has done this for years and the insurance denial would never be overturned. We ended up bringing my father home after a week in the hospital and the insurance in fact did approve his stay at rehab on appeal. After a week of going back and forth with encompass and the insurance we finally had my father schedule to go in today. Yesterday, they called to verify we were still coming. Today after packing up my father and my disabled mother to go to check my father in at encompass we were informed they didn't have a room for him. I spoke with Nicole at the front desk and Heather in Admissions. Heather informed me she would look into it and call me back in 15 min. It was almost 2 hours before we heard back and she informed us they did not have a room today, and couldn't guarantee when they would have one available. At this point we just told them to forget it and we would arrange for therapy at home. Later in the day the marketing leasion from the facility called to double check if we would still want to get a room, my mother expressed her dissatisfaction with the entire process and the representative for encompass simply said "oh well" and hung up. We had heard great things about this facility and were shocked with how unorganized their admitting process is.

Could not ask for A batter rehabilitation facility!! Its a very clean, the nurses are absolutely amazing no waiting an hour When you press the call button!! Not to mention their physical therapist are absolutely amazing. They dont give up on finding what works for you, and they will find what works for you. CEO of the whole place even involved very nice personable meet you who are your family checks in on you and Everything! Lol I could go on and on, but they only give you a little space on here 10 out of 10 highly recommend picking this one couldnt ask for better care! Encompess health pearland!! Thank you for everything! Hope to see you again but only in walking conditions just to check in and say hi and show you my progress! Cause youre a HUGE part of my progress
