This is our first day care experience and we are so thankful to the staff at the school for their prompt communication and the care they take in making the children's and parents experience enjoyable.

I love this school. You can tell that the teachers and staff love their jobs. My daughter started in June after 2 years of homeschooling. They have been so patient and kind to her. She can't stop talking about her teacher and friends. This was the best decision ever.

This school was horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. They have a high turnover rate because the head of school, Ms. Conn, treats the employees like they're dispensable. She overworks them and spreads them around the building in different positions constantly, but doesn't pay them what they deserve. The teachers and teacher assistants take on too many responsibilities and they're not valued. Ms. Conn and Ms. Vicky are racist and they single out the African American students like they're a problem, but they don't mind accepting tuition from their parents. They put on phony smiles with the parents but they talk about them behind their backs sadly. They were upset when parents picked up their kids at 5:30 but the parents paid for extended day and that's the extended day pick up time. It's insane that they were angry because they couldn't get off work early.As a parent, I'm glad I pulled my kids out of that school. That was the best decision I could've ever made. Parents are paying private school tuition but Silverline Montessori has a subpar curriculum that is seriously outdated. The students should be working on computers, instead they work in workbooks. My kids seemed to go backwards while at Silverline academically. Now, they are straight "A" students and use computers daily at one of the best elementary public schools in the area.Students and employees seem to thrive and be so much happier when they leave Silverline Montessori Shadow Creek. That school should be shut down immediately and a complete overhaul needs to be done. Ms. Conn and Ms. Vicky are incompetent and not capable of running that school successfully. They have created a toxic environment for the students, parents, and employees. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money by enrolling your child there. Your child will not receive a high quality education.
