        I would honestly give this no stars if that was an option. I have two packages that have not been delivered to me. I spoke with usps several times regarding my package and someone called from usps stating that it would be here on 1/18, and again it never came. I called back today and the staff was pretty much not concerned. Stating that its happening to everyone. If Ups is having no issues then Its not happening to everyone. Apparently, just the people receiving packages through usps. No one seems to care at all. Theyre not offering any incisive. My next step is to reach out to the congressman regarding this and whomever else that I need to because it is unacceptable.
