Never never want to have a business with this terrible place .It is my first time to take family photos in Jcpenny. They don't keep promises at all. They changed my appointment without let me know.

This place is really bad. They cancel your appointments at their will. We just got off a phone call with the telephone lady there who had refused to give us her name! We initially had an online appointment for a Christmas photo on 12/9/2023 for the family with our dog. When we went there all dressed up for the event they told us they couldn't do it because of a dog policy. The receptionist said that they only take photographs at the end of the day for customers with dogs, as there was an incident where someone had an allergic reaction from the dog who had been photoed earlier. Where had the dog policy been from the beginning until the last minute from a person's mouth when we were already there? We were unhappy but reluctantly rescheduled it to today, "Thursday 12/21 @ 7:00 p w/dog", with her writing down on this information on a piece of JCPenney Portraits paper (attached below). Today we were getting ready to go there, only to find out from an email saying our appointment had been canceled. When we called them asking why, the lady, again who refused to give me her name, said they had tried to call us but was not able to talk to us, and had decided to cancel the appointment! I told her I had the note for the appointment that their employee physically had written down, black in white, and if they meant to honor the promise or not. She said they are not making any promises! How can people run a business like that?! She does not care if I tell the world of the way they do business! Just as a reference, the phone call was made at 5:40pm, 12/21/2023. The studio address is 2500 Smith Ranch Rd, Pearland, TX 77584.

I will never return back to the Pearland location again. Randa was not friendly and I felt rushed. She was demanding I get the Black Friday deal. When I told her I didnt want it I wanted prints. She stated well we go be another hour you trying to pick out what pictures you want to get when you can get the Black Friday deal and get all the pictures. When it comes to me spending my money no ones going to pick and choose whats best for me. Thats my decision to pick what I want to do. Never had this problem before until I came to this location.
