I joined PCF March 2021 and it has been the best decision. Everyone has made me feel like family. The coaches are very knowledgeable with an emphasis on proper technique and safety to prevent injuries plus they have great personalities :) I have been to 3 CrossFit gyms and this is my favorite, great programming! Every exercise can be modified to make it accessible or tougher depending on your need ;) If you are looking for a new gym come for a free trial and Im sure you will love the energy!

I absolutely love this place. I am very limited in mobility but just on my second week I am doing things I havent done in years. I am learning new ways to strengthen my core and my back issues are much different in a good way. Im just a beginner but Im hooked and this is definitely a new way of life.

The coaches are nice and I enjoyed the free trial class and one drop-in class that I attended. Dealing with the owner is a different story. My drop in class should have been a class that I attended when I signed up for a 3-day a week membership that I cant pay for because of errors on my account that still arent resolved after many texts and emails to the owner. My last text was left as delivered so I assume shes choosing not to respond. Someone at the gym suggested that I just keep blowing up her phone until she responds but honestly who has time to do that. Someone else also had issues with trying to cancel and still getting charged for months. I just want my account issue resolved and membership cancelled.
