        I had planned my daughters 13th birthday party there. We were scheduled at 2 pm. The employee called at 1:30 saying they canceled the event. She was incredibly rude. I was shocked at how she was treating us as customers. Never gave an explanation either. Please dont go there and have your party or event ruined by these incompetent people.

        Terrible customer service. Do not answer phone, messages or emails. Then, cancelled 40 minutes before my event was to start due to "building mechanical issues". Offered refund, but no encouragement to keep my business.

        My niece enjoyed her Turning 10 with a Twist Party!!! Mr. Cliff was an awesome and patient instructor, he made sure we had everything we needed. Great place for a party!!
