,Terrible management, micromanagers, unethical business practices. GBINDUSRTY motto is if customer dont see it then it's ok, safety is a joke qc is a joke , no one wants to work there because of there bad reputation. All I can say when I talk to a few of there employees someone needs to investigate this company.

Absolutely the worst company in the Houston area to work for and do business with. Management and planner have no clue how to run the company at all and the HR who is the owners daughter is very rude. They can't keep shop managers there long due to thinking they are stealing or just fire them for no reason at all then hire someone with no experience. Top pay isn't much and expect you to run two machines while doing setups at the same time (major safety issue). The insurance and bonuses are a joke as well. Will not give you a raise after 90 days or yearly, even if you ask management, they will "forget" you asked for one and lie about it. They say they are API certified but cut corners all of the time and lie to employees and customers about it. Not only is this company NOT a good company to work for but it is also the WORST company to do business with. That is of course you want your parts late and then lied to on why they are.
