Walmart Auto Care Centers

Jacob at the Auto Center is fantastic. He had forgotten to adjust my tire pressure after doing a rotation and got me fixed up without issue. Good kid and hard worker. The rest of the guys there, I wouldnt let them work on my bicycle.

The most lazy crew Ive ever seen in my life!!! The manager doesnt care either. I went Monday at 4pm for one tire and they told me they wont finished by the time they closed at 7pm and I need to come back the next day at 7am because they are gonna have a full crew in the morning. That was a RED FLAG I chose to ignore the next day I got there at 8am hopping the lazy guy who didnt wanna help me the day before wasnt gonna be there but he was. Well they werent busy at all and they took 3 hours to change one tire. I sat the whole time just looking at them on their cellphones and walking around and just talking to each other for longs periods of time. What a waste of time not for them but for the customers that think it will be a decent time is not in this location. They took 2 hours to start working on my car and another hour just to change one tire. They just like to pretend they are busy but they are STILLING PEOPLE LIFES BECAUSE YOU CANT BUY ALL THAT WAIST OF TIME BACK!!!!! I felt very sorry and very disappointed to pick this location closer to my house.
